what is unplugged?
Get unplugged! Join us up north in the Redwood Forest for a weekend full of dance, leadership, and mindfulness workshops. The goal of this unique weekend is to create a holistic experience for dancers to connect with the community outside of the studio, and unplug! We all need an escape from our normal routine every now and then! Check out some of our teaser videos from last year’s Unplugged below!

What happens at unplugged?
Every day will be filled with a variety of dance classes, informative workshops, and camp activities that we hope will bring our dance community closer together. All campers are encouraged to keep an open mind, to be receptive, and to participate in as much of the the camp experience as possible. We have a set schedule for the weekend, but understand that this is YOUR trip. At the end of the day, we want you to UNPLUG in whatever way is best for you to feel refreshed and rejuvenated after. You are not obligated to be anywhere or do anything that you don't feel like doing. However, in order to maximize the happy feelings you get after camp, we highly highly encourage you to immerse yourself in all the camp has to offer.
Sounds amazing! How do i sign up?
You can purchase your tickets on the Unplugged Product page. After your ticket is purchased, you will be led to a registration page. Be sure to fill out the registration form in its entirety. If there is anything important that we should know about (i.e. medical, allergies, what not), please let us know in the comments section of the form.
I'm 17. can I still go to camp?
Unfortunately, UNPLUGGED is an Adult Dance Retreat and we cannot accept any Minors (Age 17 and under) to the camp at this time. But we definitely hope to expand our programs in the coming years.
What does it cost?
Costs will vary depending upon the type of lodging that is requested by each participant. We currently have 3 types of lodging tickets. You can find out more specific information on each ticket type on the pricing tab. See Schedule below:
What? They have zip-lining and other activities?
YES! One of the reasons why we went with this camp was for the extra amenities that we knew you'd enjoy. However, all the activities are not confirmed yet. We will be gauging interest over the next few months and will be deciding the final activities closer to the camp date.
Are the extra activities included in my ticket price?
No. We felt it would be unfair to charge everyone for activities if not all campers want to participate. Therefore, all campers who would like to participate in additional activities must opt-in for these activities and must pay an additional amount (final amount determined at a later date).
how will i know what to bring?
A couple weeks before camp at the end of August, we will be sending you a packing list to make sure that you'll have everything you need for the weekend based on your ticket type.
How do I get to the camp? Will there be transportation?
We will do our best to help facilitate carpools and make travel arrangements based on departure location. However, it is the responsibility of the camper to make sure that travel to and from camp are made if carpools cannot be assigned.
This year we will also have the option of using a charter bus to get to camp. The bus will leave Full Out Studios at 9AM and will return you to Full Out Studios at the end of the camp. Total round trip bus fare is +$75. Make sure to add this option to your cart when purchasing your ticket. Maximum 48 Seats available. First Come-First Serve.
How do i stay up to date with everything related to unplugged 2019?
We will post everything to our Public Event Page related to Unplugged 2019. After your ticket purchase, we will send you access to the Unplugged 2019 private group meant specifically for campers to keep you updated regarding activities, carpools, and any important announcements & logistics before, during, and after the event. Share your pictures, memories, and post any questions you may have to the group and we'll be able to answer them there.
