GENERAL

Where is the Studio? I think i'm here?

The studio is located at 1225A 7th Street, Oakland, CA 94607. We're directly to the right of Orbit Coffee & Donuts/Zentrum Motors on the corner of Union and 7th. Just look for the wooden double doors underneath the brown awning. 

I drove. Where can I park?

There is plenty of free street parking all along 7th Street. Be smart. Don't give thieves a reason to break in. (We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen Property). There’s plenty of space inside to store your valuables.

Is it possible to take public transportation?

YES! Our studio is conveniently located 2 blocks away from the West Oakland Bart station. That's the last East Bay station before heading into SF. There are also a couple of bus lines that stop in front of our studio if you live in the East Bay. 

I'm Green and prefer to ride my bike. Is there bike parking?

We have bike rack in the studio (holds up to 5 bikes). Bring it in with you before you take class! 

Oh No! I left something at the studio! What do i do?

All lost and found items are taken to the front desk every night. If you left something, speak with the front desk staff and they'll be able to help you out.

I'm hungry. Where can I eat around here?

If you need some caffeine, we suggest Trouble Coffee which is a 6 minute drive away at 1545 Willow St. For heartier meals, we suggest heading towards Downtown Oakland/Chinatown which offers more of a selection of cheap, restaurant quality foods. Here are some of our favorites:

CLASSES/CLASS PASSES

When can I start checking into class?

We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to class to allow enough time for our front desk staff to check you in. Perfect if you need to start stretching out before class begins.

OH NO! I'm late! can I still jump in?

YES! We understand that life throws you curve balls every once in a while. We leave the option to join in on a class at your discretion. Unfortunately we cannot offer discounted pricing for missing a portion of a class that has already started.

I loved the class! Do you mind if I film?

Film away! We believe our space is your space! Unless specifically requested by the instructor, you have the green light! Please be courteous to others if they are uncomfortable with you recording them in your video. 

HOW DO I GET FOOTAGE TAKEN BY FRONT DESK?

Footage filmed on our iPhone will be available via the link in our instagram bio. @fulloutstudios ***If classes were professionally filmed, you will most likely receive them through the instructor via their instagram.

it's my first time here. do i have to pre-register for class? how does this work?

Pre-registration is highly encouraged to be sure you have a spot & also to make the check-in process easier. If you pre-register, all you have to do is say your name at the door! You can pre-register at fulloutstudios.com/registration. You may also pay at the studio with cash or card for class, as long as the class isn’t sold out.

Do YOU HAVE CLASS PASSES? 

We currently only have class passes on a promotional basis.

What is your refund/rescheduling policy?

Full Out Studios does not offer refunds for any classes under any circumstances. They do, however, offer class credit towards another class that can be used at a later date. In order to utilize this, participants must email Rocko at rocko@fulloutstudios.com to reschedule their class by the specific rescheduling deadlines (see more below).

***WEEKLY CLASSES*** For weekly classes, you must email Rocko at rocko@fulloutstudios.com your notice of wanting to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the start of class time. Weekly classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cannot attend and you miss the 24 hour deadline, you can give up/sell your ticket to another person. They will then let the front desk person know at the door whose spot they're taking.

*** POP-UP CLASSES *** For pop-up classes, you must email Rocko at rocko@fulloutstudios.com your notice of wanting to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the start of class time. Pop-up classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cannot attend and you miss the 48 hour deadline, you can give up/sell your ticket to another person. They will then let the front desk person know at the door whose spot they're taking.
